Terms of use

These terms apply to the Romana app and related services offered by its developer. By downloading or using Romana, you agree to them.

License

Romana is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it on Apple devices you own or control. Your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, where applicable.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Romana, interfere with other users, or try to access Romana's systems except through documented interfaces. You're responsible for the content you import or create, including any copyright and licensing requirements for recipes and images.

Purchases

Optional one-time purchases are processed by Apple. The app and your storefront show the price and availability. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

Disclaimer

Romana is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Recipe and nutrition information is for personal reference. It isn't professional dietary or medical advice.

Changes

I may update these terms. I'll post the current version at this URL.
